Where are meetings held?
We typically hold the first meeting at our office in Farringdon, London, although we are happy to travel to a client’s home if need be.
Is parking available at your London office?
There is meter parking on Ray Street. We are a 5 minute walk from Farringdon station.

Do I have to pay for an initial meeting?
No, the initial meeting to discuss the financial advice and service you require is free of charge and you are under no obligation to appoint us.

How can I book an initial meeting with a financial adviser?

Are you independent financial advisers?
Yes, we are an independent financial planning firm. This is important from both financial planning and investment planning perspectives because we are not limited to advising on certain financial and investment products. We can focus on understanding your goals and how your finances can help you to achieve them.
Are you a Chartered financial planning firm?
Yes, we have been awarded by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) as a firm of Chartered Financial Planners. This is the pinnacle for financial planning firms and demonstrates that we have met the high standards required for best practice and customer service. It also proves our commitment to ethical behaviour.

What do you charge for a financial plan?
Our financial planning fees are based on the size, type and complexity of the financial plan required. Please click here for further details of our charging structures.
Do you receive commission?
We typically receive commissions on protection and annuities products, such as business protection, critical illness cover, income protection and life assurance, directly from the provider. This can be switched to a fixed fee, if preferred.
Do you charge VAT?
This depends on the scope of the financial advice you require. If VAT is chargeable, this will be detailed in our Letter of Engagement, prior to any work being undertaken.
