Where are meetings held?
We typically hold the first meeting at our office in Farringdon, although we are happy to travel to a client’s home if need be.

Is parking available at your office?
There is meter parking on Ray Street. We are a 5 minute walk from Farringdon station.

Do I have to pay for an initial meeting?
No, the initial meeting is at our expense and you are under no obligation to appoint us.

How can I book an initial meeting?
Ideally, by calling us on: 020 7812 1460. This way, we can get a better understanding of your situation and arrange a meeting on the phone. However, you can also complete the website contact form, or email us and we will call you back.

Are you independent?
Yes, we are an independent financial planning firm. This is important from both financial planning and investment planning perspectives because we are not limited to advising on certain financial and investment products. We can focus on understanding your goals and how your finances can help you to achieve them.

What do you charge for a financial plan?
Our charges are based on the size, type and complexity of the financial plan. Please click here for further details of our charging structures.

Do you receive commission?
We typically receive commissions on protection and annuities products, directly from the provider. This can be switched to a fixed fee, if the client would prefer.

Do you charge VAT?
This depends on the work involved. If VAT is chargeable, this will be detailed in our letter of engagement, prior to any work being undertaken.
