Is Bolton a Harbinger?Reports Mark Hoskin, 9th April 2010In 1999 Framlington launched the Framlington Net Net fund. It seemed crazy even at the time, but was taken up with gusto by the retail market, just before the market crashed. In April of 2010 Anthony Bolton launched his China Special Situations fund, the only crazy thing being that he doesn't speak Chinese, has not invested in China before and doesn't have clearance yet to invest directly in China.
