Purchase Price - £6.32m - plus costs of purchase

The syndicate consists of 18 pension investors from Holden & Partners.

The property was sourced by evolve fund services. Construction started in February 2006 and was completed on schedule in January 2007. The site is on the London Road, in Camberley, Surrey. The main tenant is Travelodge with a 66 bed hotel on a 25 year lease, with Kentucky Fried Chicken and Bathstore on 15 year leases. The annual rent paid to the pension syndicate is expected to be £383,720.
