Direct Property Investments

In commercial property

At Holden & Partners we have arranged two investments directly into commercial property for syndicates of 12 and 18 of our pension clients respectively. These are:

These provide an excellent source of income out of their pension funds because the obligation to maintain the property is with the tenants and the rents generated are linked to the retail price index (rpi). At Holden & Partners we continue to look for these opportunities for our clients.

In residential development:

At the end of 2004 Holden & Partners launched Lifehaus PLC whose mission was and is to develop in joint venture with other parties environmentally sensitive houses over a six year period.
