The SRI Invesment fund range

There are around 60 retail funds in the UK invested on socially responsible principles and the amount of money invested has reached record levels. At the end of 2003 it stood at £4.2 billion and by the end of 2006 it had reached £6 billion.

There is now a real choice of SRI funds - including equity, bonds, multi-manager and, while most apply both negative and positive screening, all shades of green are catered for.

Corporate social responsibility has moved up the corporate agenda. Pressure from consumers, shareholders and others, has brought about positive change and will continue to do so. In addition, dynamic, expanding companies in sectors such as energy, the production and sale of organic food, pollution control and waste management are proof that social responsibility can be combined with commercial success.
