We maintain an Approved List from which our portfolios are built. However, our focus is on collective investments which we believe offer investors a more diversified management solution.
Our investment committee meet regularly to review this list, which can include gilts, corporate bonds, unit trusts, investment trusts and unlisted investments.
Our Approved Investment List requires stocks to go through a series of “filters” before we accept them onto our list. These filters include:
- performance history;
- stock volatility,
- management charges (if appropriate); and
- management track record.
